• Secondary school diploma is required
• Certificate, diploma, or degree in accounting, finance, commerce or other relevant field from a recognized post secondary institution is required,
• Current and valid certification as a CA, CGA or CMA is required
• Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience is required
• 3 in the last 5 years experience in providing financial system related advice to clients and management (Manager Level).
• Experience in developing various Business Intelligence financial reports that meet user requirements, specifically involving the retrieval of information from departmental SAP financial system.
• Experience using SAP Financial System in a government organization to develop reports and conduct related business processes analysis.
• Experience in accounting operations, budget management and expenditure management.
