Experience needed :
- Minimum of 6 months experience as a Reception-Switchboard.
-Significant experience in a Call Centre or a Help Desk environment.
-Significant experience in dealing with clients by phone and by email.
-Significant experience in a customer service environment.
-Significant experience in performing data entries and quality assurance in a database.
-Significant experience with computer applications such as internet, emails, word processing, spreadsheets, database, registration software or automated system for the distribution of telephone calls.
-**Significant experience is one year in the last three years.
-Must hold a valid Enhanced Reliability Clearance be fluently Bilingual in both official languages
