• Verify the accuracy and completeness of claims.
• Prepare claims for payment processing.
• Organize and maintain the system within the Finance Section.
• Provide administrative support.
• Compile information into reports.
• Maintain and update Dental Administrative databases.
• Clerical experience in an electronic environment such as a medical records section, health information, records management, medical billing.
• Experience as working as part of a well-functioning team.
• Excellence in timeliness and attention to detail.
• Intermediate to advanced skills using software applications, particularly MS Office.
• Familiarly with medical terminology, knowledge of the Privacy Act.
