Time: 7.5 hrs between the hours of 6am to 6pm [Full-Time]
-Within a helpdesk environment, handle all ingoing and outgoing mail as it relates to Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)
-Service requests for all PKI forms and assist in the management of accounts
-Provide assistance to clients with their accounts through mail, email and pick up voicemail for the administrators.
-Writing of SOP’s for clerical duties
-Working in multiple spreadsheets
-Provide direction to junior clerical staff when required
-Improve the filing system and process accounts in the database. Manage the section’s database on a daily basis.
-Transfer of data manually from one system to another when required.
-Take meeting minutes
