Our Client in the Banking and Finance Industry is seeking a Account Opening Operation for their Downtown Montreal office. This is a 12 months contract to start, possible extension OR Permanency
-This is a team environment however this individual may need to be able to work independently from time to time when counterparts are OOO. The role will be involved in the client service department. This is a very positive team with an abundance of experience and high-energy.
Light reception for 2 weeks for 1 hour a day in November
This is an excellent stepping stone for a future in the FI industry. This role is perfect for those working their way through school.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):
-Review pre-filled client documentation forms -Open New Accounts -Update existing accounts -Proof Read documentation -Code accounts for various features (Meridian, Architect, Gateway, etc.) -Obtain Corp. Profiles – BC On Line -Code & Remove Address Unknown accounts -Assist Sales assistant’s Investment Advisor’s with queries regarding accounts -Transfer information to RIS platform

– 0 – 2 years of Administrative experience – HM is open to seeing candidates in school/recent grads without experience so long as they have a Business education background -Computer literacy/Comfortable with technology -MS Excel/Word

EDUCATION: If candidates have previous administrative experience a high school diploma will be sufficient. If candidates do not have previous administrative experience, completion or enrollments in a post-secondary business program is mandatory.
