Office Admin & Legal - Halifax

Maxsys Staffing is currently seeking an experienced administrative assistant for a client in the Burnside area.

Job duties will include, but are not limited to:

Extensive excel experienced (Must be able to work with Macros)
Inbound and outbound calls
Booking travel for internal employees
Invoicing
Data entry (numerical and alphabetical)
Filing (electronic and hard copy)
Process and intake daily mail
Scheduling, planning and coordinating project plans
 
Requirements:
5+ years in an administrative/construction environment
5+ years of extensive excel experience
Post-secondary education or equivalent experience and training
Clear understanding and knowledge of the construction industry would be an asset
Experience in customer service is essential
Ability to work well under pressure
