Office Admin & Legal - Halifax

Maxsys Staffing is currently seeking an experienced administrative assistant for a client in the Burnside area.
Job duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Extensive excel experienced (Must be able to work with Macros)
• Inbound and outbound calls
• Booking travel for internal employees
• Invoicing
• Data entry (numerical and alphabetical)
• Filing (electronic and hard copy)
• Process and intake daily mail
• Scheduling, planning and coordinating project plans
 
Requirements:
• 5+ years in an administrative/construction environment
• 5+ years of extensive excel experience
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience and training
• Clear understanding and knowledge of the construction industry would be an asset
• Experience in customer service is essential
• Ability to work well under pressure
