Office Admin & Legal - Moncton

We are currently seeking an experienced admin assistant for our client in the Moncton area. This is a full time day shift. Wages will be determined based upon experience.
 
Requirements:
-Minimum of 2 years working experience in an administration role
-Proficient Microsoft excel (min 2 years’ experience)
-Invoicing, basic accounts payable
-Customer service experience (min 2 years)
-Wpm = 50+
-Bilingualism would be considered an asset
-Creating and maintaining spreadsheets
-Able to work in a fast paced environment
-Ability to multi task
-Tight deadlines
-Experience in the transportation industry would be considered an asset
