TOP SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
•             Minimum 5 years’ experience in data analysis,  project management and business process mapping function in a fast paced environment, dealing with complex issues and managing conflicting priorities.
•             Strong knowledge of information technology standards, methodologies and audit requirements.
•             Knowledge of requirement methods including interviewing, data modeling, business process modeling and user interface design.
•             Knowledge of data management principles: data governance, analysis, architecture, modeling, cleansing, record management, and meta-data management.
•             Knowledge of software quality assurance, test case design, creation and execution.
•             In-depth experience doing data analysis, data migration and data transformation.
•             Expert in Microsoft Access / Excel.
•             Expert in Structured Query Language. (Netezza, SQL Server, DB2, or Oracle)
•             Strong working knowledge in SAS.
•             Experience with TIBCO Spotfire.
•             Experience with ETL process and technologies.
•             MS Office
•             Experience with Oracle Mantas and BAE System NetReveal is a bonus

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):
Analyse data and perform data discovery to understand business operations and how AML can leverage the data for transaction monitoring and analytic.
•             Work with Technology & Operations and business operation teams to bring in book of record source systems to enhance the AML analytic work space.
•             Perform data management tasks include implementing data governance policies, performing data analyses, executing data quality oversight, recommending requirement for data integration, data mining, and managing meta-data documentations.
•             Design system process workflow and ensure workflow aligns with AML investigation processes.
•             Provide solution consulting services to AML partners on new initiatives.
•             Liaison with Technology & Operations team to implement technical solutions that satisfy AML business needs.
•             Recommend business solutions that satisfy sponsor / stakeholder needs while exploring and assessing value-add options for clients on a continuous basis.
•             Review requirements and technical solutions to ensure alignment with business requirement.
•             Evaluate requirements, determine area of system and business process impact, and provide assessment and recommendations.
•             Ensure adequate end user documentations and training, and facilitate small to large meeting to conduct information gathering session.
•             Design or provide support in creating business system testing, UAT and post-implementation approach and test cases. 
•             Coordinate with T&O and end users on post implementation testing to ensure smooth project implementation
