Customer Service - Toronto

Our client in Banking & Finance industry is seeking an Analyst in Toronto. This is a 3 months contract position.
 
Job Description
 
CULTURE:
The team is collaborative – everyone works together and helps each other out. This individual will focus on the operational day to day processing tasks. There are tight deadlines and SLAs to meet. Please also note that this is a pretty fast paced environment. Each team member has different accountabilities.

This role will provide the selected candidate with exposure to enterprise banking programs and strategies. This is a great learning opportunity and a great opportunity to network with various LOBs within the bank and engagement with different stakeholders.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):
• This individual will be mainly managing and maintaining information on customer records
• Look up customer records and make amendments as requested
• Merging profiles if customers have various profiles
• Working the queue independently – candidate must be able to manage their own workday
• Requests are mainly received via email/mailbox
 
TOP SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
• Proficient with MS Office – computer literate
• Strong communication skills – Effective and professional communicator – written and oral
• Some Customer Service experience required
• Great time management
 
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
• College/university degree is preferred
• Banking/FI experience
• Business analytical skills
• Negotiation experience
• Technical skills (computer skills)
