Customer Service - Mississauga

?RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):
• Exhibit effective follow through and ownership in every partner interaction • Accept and process customer transactions accurately and timely • Support bank’s community involvement and participates in community activities as required • Adhere to all bank policies, directives and procedures • Ensure all required documentation is completed for all transactions • Perform other administrative tasks as needed
 
TOP SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
• 1 year of customer service
• Attention to detail/accuracy
• Fast typing skills (at least 60 words a minute) • Ability to make sound transactional decisions to ensure policies and directives are met • Ability to accurately understand and respond appropriately when interacting with co-workers and management
 
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
• Previous FI experience
• Experience with Internal bank system – CACS-Collection systems
 
SOFT SKILLS:
•      Attention to detail/accuracy
•            Team player
•            Fast Learner/ eager to learn
•            Willing to learn new things
 
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:  
• High school diploma or equivalent
