MaxSys is currently looking for a Banker- Servicing Analyst for one of its client in Toronto. -Bilingual – French/ English would be an asset GROUP INFORMATION/CULTURE: Very friendly and supportive team culture. DAILY DUTIES: -Responsible for coding Managed Accounts -Process any follow up requests -Initial account setup -Process deposit/withdrawals -Process account number changes/close accounts -Mandate/ Program changes MUST-HAVES: -2-4 years of previous experience in a processing environment within a bank or large organization -High School Diploma -Strong verbal and written communication skills -Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Outlook or software -Be able to work in a high pressure, high volume environment, handling at least 50 – 60 requests a day. NICE-TO-HAVES: -Experience working with RIS and Mvest -Bilingual – French/ English an asset -Previous experience with Managed Products from a financial institution
