Our Client in the Telco Industry is seeking a Bilingual Agile Coach for their Montreal office. This is a 1-3 months contract to start, possible extension OR Permanency
 
 
Description:
• Dans le cadre du programme de gestion des données clients de la Banque, une des squads cherche a s’octroyer l’aide d’un coach agile pour quelques semaines. Le coach aura trois mandats principaux :
•  Aider le PO à segmenter son produit, clarifier ses idées, découper le tout d’un point de vue business
• En partenariat avec le nouveau Scrums Master, mettre en place un Kanban Board reprenant la vision du PO
• Aider l’équipe pour les activités d’estimations, de grooming, de découpage des epics et users

English :
• As part of the Bank’s customer data management program, one of the squads is seeking the help of an agile coach for a few weeks. The coach will have three main mandates:
• Help the PO to segment his product, clarify his ideas, cut out everything from a business point of view
• In partnership with the new Scrums Master, set up a Kanban Board incorporating the vision of the OP
• Assist the team in the estimation, grooming, splitting of epics and users activities
