Maxsys is looking for Bilingual Call Centre Agent, for our client in Kirkland, QC
 
Responsibilities
 
• Handle inbound calls.

• Communication of appropriate course of action to clients in a professional manner.
 
Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Exceptional customer service skills

• Minimum of 1 year of call center experience.

• MUST BE – Bilingual – English/French

• Able to handle High stress situations

• Able to prioritize workload, handle high-volume calls
while maintaining a professional and personable approach

• Able to work rotational shifts

PERKS:
 
• PAY RATE: 15.00-18.00/hr
