Customer Service - Montreal

?Our Client in the Telco Industry is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative in their Montreal office.
* You will deliver a personalized service all the while exceeding one of our main clients’ expectations. 

This will include doing more than one action at once such as responding to a multiple requests such as orders or repair issues. Your role will ask you to work jointly with your colleagues, the warehouse and even the client. 

We are a small division within the greater company family, more precisely, a dedicated service center to radio users. Your experience with customers united to the training given, will make you an unparallel radio agent. 

Your tasks consist of answering to radio installation and repair requests. Also, you will document cases with received information and complete the appropriate orders using our internal tools SBT and First wave. Your numerous email and verbal contacts with national service providers will permit to create relationship. Sharing among members of this small team permits a better client service and uncommon team spirit. 

Your main responsibilities 
• Able to work on more than one file at any given time 
• Have a excellent analytical sense and problem resolution 
• Work easily in an ambiguous environment 
• Know Windows quite well 
• Have a minimum of 3 years in customer service 
• Manage several conflictual priorities 
• Learn quickly in an ever changing environment 
• Pass security verification required by our client 
• Your tasks consist of answering to radio installation and repair requests 

Preferred competencies 
• Willing to work in a stable environment where data entry is as important as the conversation 
• Bring ideas to improve ways of doing things
