Accounting & Finance - Toronto

Our client in Banking & Finance Industry is looking for Bilingual Service Representative (Foreign Exchange) for Toronto location. This is a 6 months contract position.
 
Group/Culture:
• There are 6 people in this team. Dress code is business casual, allowing jeans if they wish. Everyone is a team player and flexible and willing to help each other out. This is a high pressure environment with ever changing priorities. Candidate will be working 80% of their day on the telephone.

Daily Responsibilities (depending on what team they are on):
• Verbal telephone affirmation of trades details with customers for all markets (Canada, US & European markets)
• Interacting with the front office (sales reps, traders), back office (settlements, investigations, etc.)
 
Must Have Skills:
• 1-2 years of experience in an operations/process focused environment
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent Communication Skills (Fluently bilingual English, French)  – Oral & Written
 
Nice to Have Skills:
• Knowledge of trading products (Money Markets, Foreign Exchange, etc.)
• Experience in the financial industry (previous hires all had this experience)
• Experience in a front or back office experience
• University degree in a finance
