?Scope:
The primary objective of this position is to provide support to the Manager, Finance. The successful candidate will be dynamic, hardworking, tenacious and a motivated self-starter with initiative.

A day in the life…

v Generate invoices for customers following the use of the service
v Review customer contracts and invoice customers accordingly
v Work on daily integration, review work orders and invoice clients
v Accountable for meeting billing deadlines with accuracy
v Prepare reports required to complete billing
v Calculate usage and bill customer for over usage.
v Addressing billing queries for both internal and external clients
v Validation of pricing, assessing discounts with client contracts
v Complete the billing cycle including printing, mailing and filing of billings as required
v Any additional tasks as requested

Skills & Experience:Completed Post-Secondary Education in Finance or a related field3-5 years of relevant billing experience in a corporate environmentAccounting/administrative experience including billing, customer service, credit notes and account reconciliation.Ability to write fluently in EnglishGood working knowledge of MS Office with an advanced knowledge of Excel (V-lookup and pivot tables)Ability to work in fast paced environment with tight timelinesStrong attention to detailWorking knowledge of Microsoft Great Plains and Salesforce (an asset)Knowledge of French is an asset
