?RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):
Establish and maintain communication services across business units or from the project team to the organization.
Maintain the storage and retrieval of all project communications data and business metrics.
Set up project and work breakdown structures.
Establish and document business processes.
Track project budgets and expenditures, monitor transaction controls and costs against budgets.
They will have to gather all the requirements from the internal stakeholders.
They will have to build out different processes using macros.
They will document all procedures in a manual and write a contingency plan
They will be training end users on all their procedural updates.
TOP SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
They must demonstrate strong mathematics skills
They must be able to build macros in excel
They must have a strong attention to detail
Being able to work in a fast pace environment
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
Prior experience using Visio to build process flow charts
If they have experience building reports would be a strong plus
They must be a team player.
Verbal and written communication skills,
Strong attention to detail
Strong Interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently
High School Diploma- Required.
