?RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):
•      Establish and maintain communication services across business units or from the project team to the organization.
•      Maintain the storage and retrieval of all project communications data and business metrics.
•      Set up project and work breakdown structures.
•      Establish and document business processes.
•      Track project budgets and expenditures, monitor transaction controls and costs against budgets.
•      They will have to gather all the requirements from the internal stakeholders.
•      They will have to build out different processes using macros.
•      They will document all procedures in a manual and write a contingency plan
•      They will be training end users on all their procedural updates.
 
TOP SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
•      1-3 years’ of experience as a Business Analyst.
•      They must demonstrate strong mathematics skills
•      They must be able to build macros in excel
•      They must have a strong attention to detail
•      Being able to work in a fast pace environment
 
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
•      Prior experience using Visio to build process flow charts
•      Prior banking/FI
•      If they have experience building reports would be a strong plus
 
SOFT SKILLS:
•      They must be a team player.
•      Verbal and written communication skills,
•      Strong attention to detail
•      Strong Interpersonal skills.
•      Able to work independently
 
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma- Required.
