Customer Service - Edmonton

Maxsys is looking for Call Centre Representatives for our client based in Edmonton

Pay rate: TBD
Shift times: varies
 
All applicants must be willing to work overtime and weekends when needed.

**Please note that this is a full time position. All applicants applying must be available to work the fixed schedule listed above**
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls.
Use multiple web based applications for investigation and verification.
Answer existing and potential customer questions.
Communication of appropriate course of action to clients in a professional manner.
Build customer confidence in the services offered by the company.
Work as a team to obtain group and individual goals.
Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent, college diploma preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Bilingualism in English and Spanish is an asset.
Exceptional customer service skills; able to build rapport with clients.
Good knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet.
Minimum of 1 year of office/contact center experience.
Previous sales/customer service experience is preferred.
Able to prioritize workload, handle high-volume calls while maintaining a professional and personable approach. Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced and goal- oriented environment.
