Maxsys is looking for Bilingual Call Centre Agent, for our client in Kirkland, QC
 
Responsibilities
 
• Handle inbound and outbound calls.
• Use multiple web based applications for investigation and verification.
• Answer existing and potential customer questions.
• Communication of appropriate course of action to clients in a professional manner.
 
Requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills; able to build rapport with clients.
• Good knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet.
• Minimum of 1 year of call center experience.
(Bilingual – English/French)
 • able to handle High stress situations
• Able to prioritize workload, handle high-volume calls while maintaining a professional and personable approach.
