Maxsys is seeking Business System Analysts with Capital Markets experience for our client, a design and development consulting firm that primarily works with Enterprise level organizations.
 
This is a full-time permanent opportunity.
 
Key clients include a couple of Canada’s top 5 banks. This role will work closely with their project teams in GTA area to successfully deliver Application Development and System Integration projects.
 
Requirements
– A minimum of 3 – 5 Years of Business System/Technical Analyst experience from Banking and/or Financial Services
– Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Finance or Business
– Strong understanding of Financial Products used in Capital Markets and/or Wealth Management.
– Knowledge of financial processes, data and systems, ideally regulatory, and compliance based project work e.g. AML, Basel II/III, Liquidity Risk, FATCA etc.
– Experience in data mapping, warehousing and modelling
– Experience in requirement management and planning
– Experience in Object Oriented analysis using Use Cases and UML
– Strong knowledge of RDBMS, SQL

– Strong Communication skills.
– Strong business and IT knowledge and experience in the Banking and Financial Industries.

– Excellent communication skills
– Experienced in facilitating JAD sessions
– Strong team player
