Daily Responsibilities:
•      Support CM client data strategy through knowledge and collection of data elements and maintenance of the data dictionary, quality control, reporting etc.
•      Analysis of data quality standards, rules and thresholds, for core data attributes
•      Perform analysis of client data and create reports to indicate the validity, completeness and accuracy of data
•      Accountable for monitoring data discrepancies are corrected or questions answered by data owners, technology, operations
•      Recommend process improvements, based on analysis and interacting with data owners
•      Provide regular summary reports and analysis to track remediation effort
•      Validate client data attributes using multiple internal sources/systems, external vendors, public sources, etc.
•      Perform comparison of internal data against third-party reference data and utilize third party data to enrich and supplement internal data
•      Ensure adherence to privacy and confidentiality requirements (legal, compliance and operational risk)
 
Must Have Skills:
•      Undergraduate degree in business, economics, statistics or computer science
•      1+ years of relevant experience in the financial services industry in Client Onboarding, KYC/AML, Operations, Trading Support or Sales role.
•      1 – 2 years’ experience in client data management, client data governance, process improvement, or consulting type role working in or with large organizations.
•      Experience and strong knowledge in the use of MS Office Excel (pivot tables/macros), MS Office Visio, MS Office Word, MS Office Outlook, MS Office PowerPoint and MS Office Access.
•      Excellent Communication Skills
 
Nice to Have Skills:
•      Experience working in cross functional/matrix project teams
•      Experience with business and system processes, analysis and client data reconciliation/remediation.
