Support CM client data strategy through knowledge and collection of data elements and maintenance of the data dictionary, quality control, reporting etc.
Analysis of data quality standards, rules and thresholds, for core data attributes
Perform analysis of client data and create reports to indicate the validity, completeness and accuracy of data
Accountable for monitoring data discrepancies are corrected or questions answered by data owners, technology, operations
Recommend process improvements, based on analysis and interacting with data owners
Provide regular summary reports and analysis to track remediation effort
Validate client data attributes using multiple internal sources/systems, external vendors, public sources, etc.
Perform comparison of internal data against third-party reference data and utilize third party data to enrich and supplement internal data
Ensure adherence to privacy and confidentiality requirements (legal, compliance and operational risk)
Must Have Skills:
Undergraduate degree in business, economics, statistics or computer science
1+ years of relevant experience in the financial services industry in Client Onboarding, KYC/AML, Operations, Trading Support or Sales role.
1 – 2 years experience in client data management, client data governance, process improvement, or consulting type role working in or with large organizations.
Experience and strong knowledge in the use of MS Office Excel (pivot tables/macros), MS Office Visio, MS Office Word, MS Office Outlook, MS Office PowerPoint and MS Office Access.

Experience with business and system processes, analysis and client data reconciliation/remediation.
