MaxSys is currently looking for a Communications, Senior for our Federal Client.
• Secondary school diploma is required
• Experience managing the Fraud Prevention Month
• Developing and writing processes and procedures
• Experience in writing and editing, proofreading, designing reader-responsive communication for both internal and external audiences.
• Experience in the planning, logistics and coordination of events.
• Experience in organizing public awareness campaigns and recruiting collaborators.
• Experience in developing strategic communication plans and products using print, digital and social channels.
• Experience in developing business processes for a communication team.
• Experience working in a judicial or quasi-judicial organization
Duties, but not limited to:
• Managing outreach for the Fraud Prevention Month
• Managing internal and external stakeholders
• Developing and writing processes and procedures
• Advising internal clients for communications and for committee programs
• Developing a new strategy for the FPM (defining roles and responsibilities for external partners/stake)
• Managing the organization of the Fraud Prevention Month
