Our Client in the Banking and Finance Industry is seeking a Compliance Analyst for their Downtown Toronto office. This is a 2-4 months contract to start, possible extension

Group information and how they fit in with the rest of the bank (working with other groups within the bank):
• Central global compliance program around employee trading/employee conflicts
• monitor for violations and escalate where required
• can take the form of an online call centre or an online platform

Role Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
• managing inbox, responding to inquiries
• helping with password reset
• clearing trades
• reviewing trading for violations
• reporting violations
 
Must-Have Skills:
• Microsoft skills (excel)
• 0-2 years in a similar capacity
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
•Ability to integrate seamlessly into a team
•Computer literacy
•Ability to learn quickly
 
Nice-to-Have:
• CSC

• Phone skills
 
Educational Requirements:
• College/university (potentially business type courses)
