Maxsys Staffing is currently seeking a Customer Service Administrator for our client in the SE of Calgary to start right away!

Responsibilities
• Ability to interact well with customers and clients through face-to-face meetings, phone and email correspondence
• Excellent administrative skills (Microsoft Office – Intermediate knowledge)
• Provide quotes and assistance to clientele for product sales
• Quick learner and computer savvy
• Willingness to assist in the warehouse (when necessary)
• Positive attitude, takes initiative, and a strong team player
• Previous experience in a warehouse environment considered an asset
 
*Please note, this is a Temp-to-Perm position, but could be a Direct Hire/Permanent role for the right candidate!
