Customer Service - Halifax

MaxSys Staffing is currently seeking qualified applicants in anticipation of our client needs for Customer Service Representatives! If you have exceptional customer service skills and ability to handle a high-volume work environment, we want to hear from you!
 
Responsibilities
 
• Handle inbound and outbound calls
• Answer existing and potential customer questions
• Communication of appropriate course of action to clients in a professional manner
• Build customer confidence in the services offered by the company
 
Requirements
 
• High School Diploma or equivalent, college diploma preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• French or Spanish language skills considered an asset
• Exceptional customer service skills; able to build rapport with clients
• Good knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet.
• Previous sales/customer service experience is preferred.
• Able to prioritize workload, handle high-volume calls while maintaining a professional and personable approach
