Customer Service - Edmonton

Our Edmonton client is a leader in warehousing and distribution and currently requires an Admin/ CSR to join their team.
 
The successful candidate will be well organized , have exceptional customer service and Data Entry Skills, and be proficient using SAP and other softwares.

Qualifications:

Experience with SAP
Post-secondary education is considered an asset
Minimum 2 years experience in a customer service/administrative role
Previous warehouse / distribution experience
Strong computer skills, specifically in Microsoft office
Strong data entry skills
Strong Phone and Customer Service Skills
Proven communication skills, both verbally and in writing in English
Exceptional abilities to multitask and problem solve are required
 

Duties & Responsibilities:
Answer, Transfer and/or Page calls for others.
Data Entry
Provide details pertaining to product availability, ship dates, and billing inquiries.
Greet walk in customers
Support sales and purchasing staff.
Forward RMA Submissions to appropriate department.
Update RMA details in Database
Review Open Purchase Orders, and track ETA’s
Notify Customers of any late or recent deliveries
Other duties as required
