Professional Consulting - Mississauga

Our Client in the Banking and Finance Industry is seeking a Data Entry Clerk for their Downtown Mississauga office. This is a 12 months contract to start, possible extension OR Permanency
 
GROUP/PROJECT INFORMATION:
This team provides support to the dealer finance sales team and operations team, primarily providing support to the former.

CULTURE:
This is a small team of 2 people. It is very collaborative, and comprised of the supervisor and a customer service representative.
EVP (employee value proposition):
There is an opportunity (contingent on the candidate and current opportunities) for conversion to a full time role from a part time role.

RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE (but are not limited to):
• Data entry of vehicle information – moving information from the manufactures post-sales into the system
• Ad hoc tasks as required

TOP SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
• 0 – 2 years’ experience with data entry
• Working knowledge of excel, and an ability to manipulate data with this tool

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
• Experience within a financial institution/bank – a nice to have

SOFT SKILLS:
• Keen attention to detail
• Ability to multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills

EDUCATIONS/CERTIFICATIONS:
• Pursuing college diploma or university degree – strongly preferred
