Office Admin & Legal - Halifax

Maxsys staffing is currently seeking an experience data entry clerk for a client in the Halifax/burnside area.
 
Duties include:
• Compile, sort and verify the accuracy of data before it is entered
• Locate and correct data entry errors, or report them to supervisors
• Maintain logs of activity and completed work
• Read source documents and enter data using keyboards and scanners
Requirements:
• Minimum of one year data entry and accounting experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
• Typing speed of 40 words per minute
• Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information
