Accounting & Finance - Toronto

Our client in Banking & Finance Industry is seeking Data Entry Processing Clerk for Toronto location. This is a 6 months contract to start, with a possibility of extension.

This group is responsible for account documentation

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):
• Responsible for operating data entry devices, such as a keyboard or computer, to verify and input data.
• Ensure bank’s internal system and scanned account documentation is consistent
• Identify and report any mismatches in Excel
• Maintain log of completed work  
• Escalate any missing documentation to Supervisor   
• Ensure privacy of client data
