Office Admin & Legal - Halifax

MaxSys Staffing & Consulting is currently seeking an experienced filing clerk our clients in the Halifax area.
 
Job duties will include, but are not limited to:
• Microsoft Office experience
• Inbound and outbound calls
• Invoicing
• Data entry (numerical and alphabetical)
• Filing (electronic and hard copy)
• Process and intake daily mail
• Scheduling, planning and coordinating
 
Requirements:
 
• 1 year experience doing filing and organizing
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience and training
• Clear understanding and knowledge of the industrial industry would be an asset
• Experience in customer service is essential
• Ability to work well under pressure
