MaxSys is currently looking for a Finance Clerk, Intermediate for our Federal Client.
Qualifications:
 
Education:
 
• Secondary school diploma is required
 
Experience:
 
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in the field of accounts payable;
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience using financial software such as sap financial systems;
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in data entry of electronic or paper invoices.
 
Duties:
 
The resources will:
 
• Work with the Data Entry team and/or the Quality Assurance team to ensure that all electronic invoices information has been audited, uploaded and inputted into P2P.
• Review and enter all invoices in P2P assigned to them;
• Provide input into the refinement of the process ;
• Resolve issues around invoicing errors and consult team lead as required;
• Report any issues that can’t be solved by oneself to team lead;
• Provide input to update the Risk Log and Issues Log;
• Ensure user, business and functional requirements meet business needs;
• Advise on best practices and lessons learned;
• Participate in team meetings;
 
Language: English
Security Clearance: Enhanced Level
