Our Client in the Banking and Finance industry is seeking a Functional Analyst for their Montreal Office. This is a 6 months contract to start, possible extension.
This role is for administrating and supporting the BeyondTrust tool being implemented during the HPAM project. The objective of the project is to implement a privileged access management (PAM) solution which centralizes the access to system administrators, records sessions and acts as password vault simplifying the management and control of privileged accounts.
Accountable for the configuration and support of the BeyondTrust solution including creating and analyzing safe and roles when onboarding new accounts and when changes are required to existing accounts and devices.
Closely work with the other internal teams implicated in the IAM process and the external providers
Be a key player in the project team, assist the BeyondTrust SME in the configuration, and support tasks.
Provide operational support to the end users and troubleshot when required. Expect to provide support outside of the normal working hours.
BeyondTrust safe configuration (analyzing safes, create, modify and terminate accounts, make recommendations).
Provide end user support (sometimes out of the normal business hours).
Maintain required documentation up to date.
3 to 5 years of experience in IT preferably focus on infrastructure and who understand high availability concept, Domain accounts, Active Directory and AD groups, DNS.
Have Windows OS operation support experience. Understanding Unix/Linux is an asset.
Able to work under pressure in a multi-tasking environment.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal, French and English.
Experience with BeyondTrust will be considered an important asset.
The ideal candidate would have some Identity Access Management (IAM) background.
Ability to make decisions
