MaxSys is currently looking for a General Clerk Intermediate for our Federal Client.
 
BACKGROUND
There is a requirement for a General Office Clerk Intermediate in the Office of Controlled Substances to support administrative activities.  The resource will assist senior staff in the completion of several tasks. Work performed will be subject to review while in progress and the resource will report to a senior Administrative Officer or Clerical Manager.

Typical duties may include: 
• Assisting in the preparation of correspondence, reports, statements and other documents
• Assisting in the processing of applications and forms
• Assisting in the maintenance of records
• Processing database, spreadsheet and inventory information
• Sending, receiving and distributing internal and external mail
• Completing courier forms and dispatching couriers
• Processing and tracking correspondence (internal and external)

Minimum Mandatory Qualifications:
Education:
• Secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and experience
Experience:
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience
Assets:
• Experience working with the Federal Government an asset
 
Language: Bilingual (Intermediate)
Security Clearance: Enhanced Level
