MaxSys is currently looking for a General Clerk, Intermediate for our Federal Client.
Secondary school diploma is required
Must clearly demonstrate 1 year of experience within the past 2 years in reviewing travel claims of others prior to Section 34.
Must clearly demonstrate 1 year of experience within the past 2 years using the travel processes and software; Hogg Robinson Group (HRG) online booking tool and Claims-X.
Must clearly demonstrate 1 year of experience within the past 2 years using the Records, Documents and Information Management System (RDIMS).
Must clearly demonstrate 1 year of experience within the past 2 years using the system Customer Communications Management (CCM) Mercury/Enterprise.
Must clearly demonstrate 1 year of experience within the past 2 years using the following applications: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and SharePoint.
Updating a word document in SharePoint for correspondence tracking;
Daily distribution and collection of incoming/outgoing mail from staff;
Check outlook group mailbox and distribute as required to staff.
Using CCM Enterprise, RDIMS, and SharePoint for file management;
Book local, domestic and international travel and accommodations for staff;
Review of Travel Claims priors to Section 34 by the Orderly Room;
Maintain a personnel location status document and email weekly to the Duty Officer;
Assembling information from various sources to prepare and process a variety of applications and forms;
Maintaining the security, privacy, and integrity of information; and
Operate office equipment including photocopiers, scanners, and printers.
