MaxSys is currently looking for a General Office Clerk, Intermediate for our Federal Client.
Qualifications:
 
Education:
• Secondary school diploma is required
Experience:
• 3 months experience in the last 36 months working with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook)
• 3 months experience within the last 60 months maintaining databases
Duties:
• Maintaining a schedule database;
•  Tracking technical failures and developing reports pertaining to systems;
•  Tracking technical change documents and maintaining an electronic filing system;
•  Maintaining and updating a financial management system;
•  Preparing and updating personnel and travel databases and reports; and
•  Preparing a variety of financial tables and reports.
Language: English
Security Clearance: Enhanced Level
