MaxSys is currently looking for a HR General, Advanced for our Federal Client.
Secondary school diploma is required
Must clearly demonstrate minimum 20 years experience working in human resources, to include experience in staffing, classification, pay and benefits compensation, talent management and labour relations.
Must clearly demonstrate 5 years experience within the past 15 years working at the executive level (Director or above) within the federal public service.
Must possess a Certified Human Resources Professional or Public Service Commission AFKT certification.
Must have an accreditation in classification under the current federal Public Service classification system.
Must have a certification in the writing and evaluation of Hay work descriptions.
Duties, but not limited to:
Coordinating and implementing a divisional organization and classification review
Coordinating the planning, development and implementation of HR service delivery and monitoring for a large government division
Contributing to the development and implementation of divisional HR policies and strategy
Language: Bilingual Intermediate
Security Clearance: Secret Level
