MaxSys is currently looking for an HR General Junior for our Federal Client.
Minimum Mandatory Qualifications:
Secondary school diploma
Successful completion of additional courses in human resources, public or business administration or other relevant field, or an acceptable combination of education, training and experience
Minimum of six months of relevant experience
DUTIES OF THE RESOURCE:
Prepares, reviews and processes supporting documents related to one or more HR program area(s) listed above.
Maintains and updates an HR management information system and ensures data integrity; compiles and maintains associated hard-copy files, records and correspondence of work in progress.
Participates in the development and/or improvement of new systems and/or enhancements of existing systems procedures, databases and related guidelines to meet client needs, changing technology and policy requirements.
Independently conducts, adapts, modifies and updates administrative methodologies, practices and procedures, and recommends changes to procedures, forms, letters and various HR tools.
Conducts research of information and prepares a variety of reports, and statistics with respect to one or more HR program activity (ies).
Participates on ad-hoc committees to enhance HR administrative and program tools
Provides information and options to HR advisors, managers, employees and the public on matters relating to the process and status of actions. Explains basic human resource procedures to employees and managers.
May supervise HR Assistants; guide new staff and contribute to the development of training plans for junior assistants on administrative and HR procedures.
Responds to inquiries from internal and external clients to inform and advise on the status of HR processes.
Provides support to HR Manager and/or HR Advisors.
May provide logistical support for test and/or learning sessions during HR processes.
