Our client in Banking and Finance Industry is seeking IAM (Identity & Access Management) Program Manager for Toronto location. This is a permanent position.
What is the opportunity?
As an IAM Program Manager, you will lead and manage highly complex Identity & Access Management (IAM) Program across the Enterprise
Moreover, you will lead the delivery of IAM programs and projects to ensure strategic goals and objectives are accomplished within approved time frames, scope and budget. You will also be responsible for identification and realization of opportunities for program delivery optimization
What will you do?
Ensures the IAM Program projects, releases, and deliverables meet the strategic direction of the Global Cyber Security Unit, IAM Portfolio, IAM business sponsor and IAM line of business stakeholders.
• Provides technology thought-leadership and strategic direction that enhances and supports business processes and enables IAM Team in achieving their goals.
• Provides leadership and expert counsel in establishing and implementing standards, guidelines and best practices for the development and deployment of solutions.
• Works with Architecture, Development, Operations Teams and various Business partners to enhance the overall technology strategy and to achieve business alignment and strategic business objectives.
• Develops program plans and roadmaps, establishes priorities and staffing requirements for current and future years
• Planning and allocating the budget and managing costs for the overall Program
• Proactively managing and escalating major risks, issues, impediments and dependencies impacting multiple teams/groups
• Champions the creation of metrics and manages with a higher level of information i.e. at the trends and management indicator level; differentiates between project and program metrics.

What do you need to succeed?
8-10 years of experience in managing programs with budget greater than $10MM that has impact across the enterprise
• Deep knowledge of IAM applications, relevant technology and industry best practices
• Able to facilitate schedule and cost forecasting and mentors program/project managers in determining risk based provisions.
Undergraduate Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience
• PMP Certification or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of IT Standards, Methodologies, and audit requirements
• Project / Program delivery methodologies Agile/ Waterfall
