MaxSys is currently looking for an Intermediate Communications for our Federal Client.
 
Qualifications:
 
Experience:
 
1. Must clearly demonstrate 2 years’ experience within the past 5 years in drafting content for a variety of communications (print and video).
2. Must clearly demonstrate 2 years’ experience within the past 5 years in performing research required to draft content for various communications products and vehicles.
3. Must clearly demonstrate 2 years’ experience within the past 5 years in the planning and development of multiple products for internal and external use, including articles, development and implementation of communications plan, messages from senior leaders, articles, scripts, etc.
4. Must clearly demonstrate 2 years’ experience within the past 5 years in coordinating multiple communications products.
5. Must clearly demonstrate 2 years’ experience within the past 5 years in providing communications advice and services to a major group or component of a large organization.

Duties:
 
• Support Human Resources (Civilian) related files, and collaborate with various Public Affairs’ unit such as creative services, multimedia, social media on the development of communications products.
• Coordinate and facilitate the development and implementation of communications plans that supports HR-Civ and other Defence Team priorities.
• Provide strategic advice and recommendation to internal clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders on the delivery of HR or Defence Team related communications products and services.
