MaxSys is currently looking for an Intermediate General Clerk for our Federal Client.
Qualifications:
 
Education:
• Secondary school diploma is required
Experience:
• Must clearly demonstrate 1 years’ experience providing guidance on processes and services for a variety of administrative functions within the past 5 years.
• Must clearly demonstrate 1 years’ experience responding to inquiries from staff client and coordinating responses within the past 5 years.
• Must clearly demonstrate 1 years’ experience in providing recordkeeping support services including guidance and assistance to client within the past 5 years.
• Must clearly demonstrate 1 years’ experience in providing general information and guidance concerning procedures, required documentation, and signatures related to administrative support services within the past 5 years.
• Must clearly demonstrate 1 years’ experience in discussing administrative services request and their related requirements with clients, and provide recommendation to supervisor on most effective way to proceed within the past 5 years.
Duties:
• Data entry, using Microsoft office suite or/and other databases.
• Dealing with client in a military environment.
• Recordkeeping and distribution.
Language: Bilingual – Intermediate
Security Clearance: Enhanced Level
