Maxsys Staffing & Consulting is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk for our progressive customer in Leamington.
 
Job Summary:
 
The inventory control clerk will be responsible for maintaining high level of accuracy with the inventory through robust cycle count processes, continuous training of users and transaction audits. As an inventory control clerk you will verify inventory through records to physical product to ensure inventory is maintained at a top performance level.
 
Responsibilities:
 
•Process and input all validated credits/debits/returns in WMS / Production Systems
•Assure proper invoicing of accounts
•Research inventory discrepancies and provide investigation results
•Operate an order picker forklift to complete inventory counts
•Maintain an accurate filing system
•Respond and provide customers with exceptional customer service.
•Perform and schedule regular cycle counts
•Perform Audits

Experience required:
 
•High School Diploma
•2-5 years verifiable Inventory Control Experience in a fast pace environment
•Excellent Verbal and written skills in English
•Strong MS Office Experience
•RP experience is an asset
•Pack Manager experience is preferred
•Strong Analytical, problem solving and corrective action skills
•Able to create and develop own control tools & Spreadsheet reporting
•Flexibility to work varied hours as required by the facility.
