Maxsys GSI is looking for Junior and Senior Call Centre Agents for our client in Toronto
 
 
Our Client is an innovative Fintech Company that provides services and unsecured financial products to consumers via a safe and secure online platform.

 
Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls.
• Use multiple web based applications for investigation and verification.
• Answer existing and potential customer questions.
• Communication of appropriate course of action to clients in a professional manner.
• Build customer confidence in the services offered by the company.
• Work as a team to obtain group and individual goals.
 
Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent, college diploma preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingualism in English and Spanish is an asset.
• Exceptional customer service skills; able to build rapport with clients.
• Good knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet.
• Minimum of 1 year of office/contact center experience.
• Previous sales/customer service experience is preferred.
• Able to prioritize workload, handle high-volume calls while maintaining a professional and personable approach.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced and goal-oriented environment.
