?Must Have Skills:
• 1+ years of experience in a first line help desk role in another large enterprise environment
• Experience with mobile device support (Blackberry, iPad, iPhone)
• Windows 7 support experience
 • Excellent Communication Skills
Daily Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be providing first line help desk support, approx. 30-35 calls depending on the type of calls and the complexity of the issues. The average analyst probably does 500 calls per month.  They will be taking calls from users and helping them with the following issues:
                • Windows 7 and application issues
                •  Outlook support
                •  Blackberry support
                • iPhone support
                • iPad support
                • Desktop support
                • Hardware trouble shooting
                • Printer support 
                • Remote connectivity support (Juniper)
Nice to Have Skills:
                • FI experience
                • Remedy support experience
                • Windows certifications 
                • English/French bilingual
                • MAC desktop support experience***
                • Take direction well as they will need to complete training
                • Fast learner and can pick up quickly during training
                • Work independently
                • Can work well in a team environment
