MaxSys is currently looking for a Junior Procurement for our Federal Client.
Secondary school diploma is required
Must possess a certificate, diploma or degree from a recognized post-secondary institution in a relevant field (technical/science)
Must have a minimum of six (6) months recent* experience as a Technical Writer on procurement/capital investment related projects.
Must demonstrate having recent* experience developing procurement documentation packages including Statements of Work and Evaluation Criteria or Technical Statement of Requirements and Evaluation Criteria for the implementation of capital investment projects for the Federal Government of Canada.
Must have a minimum of six (6) months demonstrated experience with a Government of Canada document management system such as Hummingbird, EKME or RDIMS within the past five (5) years.
The tasks under this contract include but are not limited to:
Conduct technical research to produce technical options specific to Environmental Response spill equipment.
Assimilate and convey technical material in a concise, effective manner.
Prepare, review and/or finalize Technical Specifications of Requirements for the procurement of marine Environmental Response equipment.
Produce draft technical evaluation plans/criteria and evaluation standards.
Update progress of project milestones on a weekly basis.
Prepare briefings material and project reports for the EREM-MICE Project Manager on project status and input to final project closeout report.
Enter and maintain project documentation within EKME (CCGs implementation of the Government of Canadas Records, Document and Information Management System (RDIMS).
