Our client in Telco Industry is seeking Junior Revenue Assurance Specialist (Billing Systems) for Toronto location. This is a 4 months contract position.
Our client is in the business of enabling customers to connect with people, information and entertainment by delivering integrated products and service experience for consumers while enhancing our competitiveness in the marketplace. The team provides customers with Home phone, local and long distance services, Internet, Satellite TV and amazing new technologies such as Fibe TV.
The Revenue Assurance Specialist will be a member of the BRS Service Delivery team, working in a dynamic, innovative team environment. This position will provide the opportunity for an encompassing view of marketing initiatives and customer service business processes across BRS. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
The team is currently seeking a highly motivated and self-driven individual to join the team. In the role, the Revenue Assurance Specialist will be responsible to support a specific Marketing initiative. As such, it will be essential that the successful candidate must have strong organization and communication skills as well as demonstrate an extremely high attention to detail.
Job Duties and Accountabilities:
Update customer invoices to support a new Marketing initiative that will help increase revenue
Critical Qualifications and Competencies:
Knowledge of how to extract customized data reports
High working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
High aptitude for understanding information systems technology
Flexible, ability to work in an environment where change is prevalent
High tolerance to ambiguity
Self-motivated and responsible
Experience and knowledge of ordering and billing systems
University degree in business or marketing or a related area or professional designation
Bilingual in both English and French
Ability to efficiently work in virtual teams, handling multiple parallel requests and very aggressive timelines
Fast paced and changing working environment
Monday to Friday regular business hours
