Start & End Date:Contract Award – February 28, 2018 plus two additional 1 year options to extend
Location:National Capital Region (NCR)
MUST have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in the last five (5) years prior to bid closing of Federal Government experience in procurement of Goods and Services
MUST have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in the last five (5) years prior to bid closing working with at least three (3) of the following areas:
–    Request for Quotes;
–    Requests for Proposals;
–    Processing invoices;
–    Reviewing of Statements of Work;
–    Reviewing of Evaluation Criteria; or
–    Contract Management.
The required services provided by the Contractor on an “as and when requested” basis may include, but are not limited to the following:
–    planning and coordinating procurement activities including financial estimates, business requirements and contracting options (project procurement management, cost and estimate management, sole source versus RFP process);
–    providing briefings on progress and concerns of procurement;
–    reporting progress of the contract on an ongoing basis and at scheduled points in the lifecycle;
–    monitoring the implementation and operations of the contract against established goals, objectives and milestones;
–    development of a procurement strategy for the acquisition of a product or service; and
–    production of evaluation reports and procurement recommendations for internal stakeholders and sign-off authorities.
