One of MaxSys’ clients is seeking an experienced Manager for SAP Services and Support.
The selected candidate will provide overall leadership for ERP projects and ongoing support, oversee implementation of SAP upgrades and drives continuous improvement to business processes and business results based on the capabilities of the SAP solution. In addition, you will oversee the streamlined delivery and support of ERP functions to the enterprise in an efficient and cost effective manner and partner with business units to maximize the value of SAP within the organization.
What you bring: University Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related disciplines.Minimum 10 years of progressive IT management experience, including 5 years of leadership responsibility managing mid to large size teams and influencing senior level management and key stakeholders.Experience managing an SAP support team within an organization including service delivery management of external partners Ability to analyse, understand and effectively communicate between business requirements and technical design and implementationBudget planning and management skillsDemonstrated leadership abilities; effective in matrix management and team buildingStrong skills in vendor management, project management and stakeholder management.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong management and team-building skillsProblem-solving, negotiation and decision-making skills to influence management, as well as internal and external partners
