MaxSys is currently looking for a Material Management, Senior for our Federal Client.
Secondary school diploma is required
The Bidder must clearly demonstrate that the proposed resource has a minimum of three (3) years experience within the last five (5) years working with Government of Canada supply and cataloguing systems such as CGCM/CGCS, FED LOG, CFSS, and DRMIS or applicable equivalents using both the SAP Graphical User Interface and HTTP Interface.
Must clearly demonstrate that the proposed resource has a minimum of three (3) years within the last five (5) years preparing documents including Call Ups, Request for Proposals and Standing Offers while updating departmental databases and maintaining inventory records.
Must clearly demonstrate that the proposed resource has a minimum of five (5) years within the last eight (8) years preparing repair procedures, verifying quality assurance guidelines are followed and scheduling equipment maintenance,
Must clearly demonstrate that the proposed resource has five (5) or more years experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite 2010 or higher (Access, PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Visio).
Must hold a valid Drivers License from the province of Ontario or Quebec
Duties, but not limited to:
Assisting the section LCMMs with technical support, by compiling reports detailing the configuration information and network setup for service implementation;
Conducting detailed research on equipment to identify the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM);
Providing written technical instructions and job aids to assist end users with the repair of faulty equipment;
Preparing documents including Call Ups, Request for Proposals and Standing Offer;
Assisting the LCMM with the cataloguing of new equipment using DRMIS, to provide NATO Stock Numbers NSNs and PSTNs as required for new equipment
Submitting technical requests for new equipment using the LCMM area within the SAP DRMIS Application Portal for Material Identification Request;
Working with the TA to identify LCMM deficiencies;
Assisting the TA to track all equipment movement and to maintain all inventory records;
Providing technical advice and project information to the LCMMs, management and other government agencies as required;
Verifying possible alternates to obsolete parts;
Updating various databases;
Evaluating the alternate parts or replacement equipment to ensure it is the same fix, feel and function of the equipment it is replacing.;
Preparing repair procedures, while verifying quality assurance guidelines are followed and maintaining the scheduling of the equipment maintenance,
Some travel is required.
