?Position Description
MANDATE: The Data Loss Prevention Analyst will be primarily responsible for providing day-to-day monitoring, administration and support Data Loss Prevention (DLP) platforms and services for the enterprise.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):
 
McAfee ePO Server Management
o            Continuing application currency management on ePO Servers
o            Microsoft patching of the ePO servers
o            Troubleshooting ePO Issues
o            Hardware refresh oversight
o            Verifying the DAT pull succeeded and sending out the email notifications daily
 
McAfee ePO Endpoint/User Management
o            Deleting the decommissioned systems
o            Confirm ePO status during new server addition process
o            ePO account requests and removals
o            Complete Yearly User Account Review
o            Deletions of duplicate nodes
 
McAfee Policy Management
o            Implement the requests submitted for policies changes
o            Complete Yearly Policy review
o            Design/Test/Deploy new policies/rules for DLP
 
Endpoint Currency/Troubleshooting of McAfee Products
o            Troubleshooting McAfee agent, VirusScan, and DLP issues
o            Fulfilling regular currency requirements (application install/upgrade) throughout the environment
 
TOP SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
 
• 3 – 5 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 3 years work experience in configuring, implementing and administering Security tools. Experience must include configuration management of security tools, services or related processes in large enterprise environments.
• Possess specific information security skill set, knowledge and understanding of Data classification • Illustrates knowledge of MS Office, Windows OS, Linux, JAVA, ftp, email, browser technologies • Possesses good communication skills, both written and verbal • Maintains high ethics and trust values • Displays technical innovation skills
 
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
 
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance-driven processes and activities to ensure enterprise compliance is a strong plus.
• Prior financial services institution experiences a plus.
 
SOFT SKILLS/PERSONALITY TRAITS:
 
•Ability to work independently with minimal supervision – perform tasks as assigned
 
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:
 
• Possesses a university degree/college diploma in Computer Science or equivalent • Security related certification is considered an asset (CISSP, CISA, CISM, GIAC).
